The team of Pyrum Innovations can finally communicate that the first model plant is under construction. After many years of research and an already improved Pilot-machine, now the matured machine is built.
On this site, you will find informations, news and pictures about the building of the model plant. Actually the planning is in full course and the construction will begin in September 2007.

The following chart shows us in an explicit manner the whole pyrolysis process.
The pyrolysis plant is mainly composed of two six-meters high towers. The one on the right hand side is containing a dosing container, the pyrolysis reactor, and a cool down chain for the pyrolysis coke. The left tower is a module of condensation that spreads the pyrolysis steam into three different oil types. The permanent gas is then stocked in an appropriated container.
Unfortunately, we cannot give further information about this process in so far that the whole concept is a secret property of Pyrum Innovations SAS.

The hall is finished. This 130 mē room has a solid brick structure. Since the protection of the environment is our major preoccupation, we decided to use energy saving lights. Moreover, the ground has been treated in order for nothing to infiltrate and go out of the room. No liquid can escape from the hall and pollute the nature. The test machine will soon be in this building, where some tests and public presentations will be done.
The pilot plant has been completed in mid-September. Until this day, all experiments were very positive and it can be reported publicly, that the procedure works.
