At our site in Dillingen, we are looking to fill the following vacancy at the earliest possible date:

Assistant to the Executive Board (m/​f/​d)

Your tasks:

  • You are the right hand of the Executive Board and support them in all administrative, organisational and strategic areas
  • You will be responsible for the preparation and follow-​up of meetings and events, including the follow-​up of action points
  • You act as a central interface between important stakeholders and departments and can also be involved in technical projects if the right conditions are met
  • Together with the managers, you monitor the projects of the Executive Board and ensure that key milestones are met

Your profile:

  • You can demonstrate several years of professional experience in the relevant field and optionally have a technical understanding that you have acquired through your studies
  • You are a communicative, absolutely trustworthy and flexible personality who knows how to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
  • You have excellent knowledge of the office applications Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote
  • In addition, you have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
