Pyrum Innovations AG is active in the attractive recycling market for used tyres with its patented thermolysis technology. The innovative thermolysis process saves up to 72 % of the CO2-emissions and at the same time produces new raw materials such as ThermoTireOil® and ThermoTireBlack®, which flow back into new manufacturing processes. In this way, Pyrum closes the material cycle and pursues a completely sustainable business model. In addition, Pyrum is continuously researching both the utilisation of new input materials and their targeted further development into raw materials for production. As part of this field of activity, Pyrum Innovations AG is looking for reinforcement in the laboratory area.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out a wide range of laboratory tests as part of research activities
  • Maintenance and servicing of chemical testing facilities and other laboratory equipment
  • Carrying out product analyses as part of quality assurance
  • Participation in various research projects

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed scientific or technical vocational training: Preferably as a chemical technician, chemical laboratory technician or similar
  • Industrial work experience an advantage
  • Very high interest in application-​related issues
  • Initiative, flexibility and resilience
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Good written and spoken English language skills
