Part-​time employee (m/​f/​d) for reception and secretariat

Your tasks:

• Reception of guests and customers
• General reception activities, such as support for the telephone switchboard, e‑mail correspondence, processing incoming and outgoing mail and courier service orders
• Goods receipt

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training ideally with points of contact to the secretariat /​career changers are very welcome
• Very good written and spoken German as well as experienced handling of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Good written and spoken English, knowledge of French is an advantage
• Friendly, well-​groomed and engaging demeanour on the phone as well as in personal contact with our customers (m/​f/​d) and colleagues (m/​f/​d)
• Organisational skills, reliability and team-​orientated coöperation
