Product Supply Manager (m/​f/​d)

Your tasks

As Product Supply Manager (m/​f/​d), you will assume an interface function between purchasing, technology and project management. You will ensure the supply of parts, spare parts and components and actively organise processes and structures in a growing, international environment. Your activities will include in particular

• Close coöperation and coördination with engineering (e.g. spare parts catalogue, technical requirements, product standards)
• Development and maintenance of supplier relationships and identification of new procurement sources
• Independently conducting negotiations and concluding contracts
• Support for project management and specialised departments (e.g. process engineering, MSR, supply chain)
• Centralisation, standardisation and continuous optimisation of procurement processes
• Ensuring the supply of replacement and system components
• Participation in the further development of supply concepts and supply chains

Your profile

• Completed studies as an industrial engineer, (process) engineer or comparable qualification
• Experience in purchasing, preferably in a technical environment (e.g. mechanical engineering, plant engineering, process engineering)
• Knowledge of supplier development and contract negotiation
• Technical understanding to define and implement requirements together with specialist departments
• Strong communication and assertiveness in interdisciplinary teams
• Structured way of working and enjoyment of design and optimisation
