Your tasks as a team leader

• Professional & disciplinary management: You will lead a team of mechanics and electricians (approx. 6 people) and plan their efficient deployment.
• Project coördination: You manage maintenance or assembly projects and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and quality standards.
• Spare parts management: You will be responsible for setting up a sustainable stock management system and ensuring that sufficient spare parts are available.
• Process optimisation: You analyse existing processes in the workshop or production and introduce improvement measures (e.g. 5S, lean maintenance).
• Interface management: You are the link between production and engineering.
• Employee development: You conduct feedback discussions, identify training needs and promote the technical expertise of your team.
• Security: You monitor compliance with occupational safety and accident prevention regulations.

Your profile

• Qualification: Successful further training for Foreman (m/​f/​d), Technician (m/​f/​d) with several years of management experience, or a degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering with management experience.
  Alternative: Completed vocational training with several years of professional experience in a manufacturing industrial company with additional many years of professional experience as a team leader in the field of mechanics/​mechatronics.
  Further training as an EFKffT would be desirable.
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in the industry as well as initial experience in team management or project management.
• Expertise: In-​depth knowledge of mechanics, electrics and ideally control technology (PLC).
• Soft skills: Assertiveness paired with an appreciative communication style and problem-​solving skills.
• Organisation: You maintain an overview even in stressful phases and set clear priorities.
• Flexibility: Willingness to participate in an on-​call service.
