Thanks to innovative recycling processes and high-\u200bquality recycling materials, a&nbsp;considerable <strong>CO2 reduction<\/strong> can be achieved.<\/p><p>The aim of the \u201cInfinity\u201d project is to develop, establish and present a&nbsp;<br>sustainable <strong>process cycle for carbon fibre composite materials<\/strong>n using innovative recycling technologies, recycled materials and processing methods as well as the substitution of the carbon fibre primary material with high-\u200bquality recycled materials and bio-\u200bbased materials to significantly reduce CO2 in lightweight construction.<\/p><p>After thermal treatment of carbon fibre-\u200breinforced plastic waste in the thermolysis process, the recycled carbon fibres (r\u2011CF) are to be used to produce highly oriented \u201c<strong>rCF tapes<\/strong>\u201d can be used. This allows different fibre composite parts to be generated for various lightweight components in a&nbsp;resource-\u200befficient and environmentally friendly manner.<\/p><p>The team at Pyrum Innovations AG is focussing on the development of an energy-\u200befficient and fibre-\u200bfriendly <strong>recycling process<\/strong>which supplies high-\u200bquality recycled carbon fibres (r\u2011CF). This involves a&nbsp;continuous <strong>Thermolysis pilot plant<\/strong> and optimised the process with regard to the complex
