In parallel, Pirelli will supply Pyrum with end-\u200bof-\u200blife and scrap tyres from defined sources in Germany.<\/p>\n<p>The agreements strengthen Pyrum\u2019s long-\u200bterm access to feedstock while also securing an industrial application for its TTB. They therefore cover both sides of Pyrum\u2019s business model: the procurement of end-\u200bof-\u200blife tyres and the commercialisation of the secondary raw materials produced from&nbsp;them.<\/p>\n<p>Using its proprietary thermolysis technology, Pyrum converts end-\u200bof-\u200blife tyres into ThermoTireBlack\u00ae and ThermoTireOil\u00ae (TTO). The TTB is upgraded by Pyrum and can partially replace fossil-\u200bbased carbon black in tyre production. Pyrum\u2019s TTO is used as a&nbsp;circular feedstock in the chemical industry.<\/p>\n<p>The co\u00f6peration with Pirelli provides further industrial validation of Pyrum\u2019s technology and products. It demonstrates that Pyrum\u2019s recycling process can be integrated into a&nbsp;certified European value chain involving leading companies from the tyre, chemical and synthetic-\u200brubber industries.<\/p>\n<p>Pascal Klein, CEO of Pyrum Innovations AG: \u201cSigning these long-\u200bterm agreements with Pirelli is an important commercial and strategic milestone for Pyrum.
