Revenue in the first six months totalled \u20ac 1,267 thousand and was therefore around \u20ac 79 thousand higher than in the same period of the previous year (H1 2024: \u20ac 708 thousand). Own work capitalised amounted to \u20ac 5,214 thousand (H1 2024: \u20ac 3,614 thousand). The increase corresponds to the ongoing investments (cost of materials and labour) for the planned construction of the second Pyrum plant in Perl-\u200bBesch and the assembly and commissioning work for the <strong>Pyrolysis gas power generation<\/strong> and the grinding and pelletising plant in Dillingen. Total operating performance increased by around \u20ac 48,000 thousand to \u20ac 6,712 thousand (H1 2024: \u20ac 4,536 thousand) due to the increase in sales and higher own work capitalisable.<\/p>\n<p>At \u20ac 2,303 thousand (H1 2024: \u20ac 800 thousand), other operating income almost tripled compared to the previous year. This is due to <strong>Investment grants<\/strong> in the amount of \u20ac 2,011 thousand for the creation of jobs in Dilligen resulting from the completion of the main facilities for the plant expansion. At \u20ac 2,176 thousand (H1 2024: \u20ac 1,600 thousand), other operating expenses were significantly higher than in the same period of the previous year. This is due to the newly added running costs from the operation of the <strong>TAD 2&nbsp;and TAD 3<\/strong>. EBITDA amounted to \u20ac \u20112,358 thousand (H1 2024: \u20ac \u20113,183 thousand), while EBIT totalled \u20ac \u20113,942 thousand (H1 2024: \u20ac \u20114,289 thousand). Adjusted for non-\u200brecurring investment grants totalling \u20ac 2,011 thousand (H1 2024: \u20ac 531 thousand), adjusted EBITDA amounted to \u20ac \u20114,369 thousand (H1 2024: \u20ac \u20113,714 thousand) and adjusted EBIT to \u20ac \u20115,954 thousand (H1 2024: \u20ac \u20114,820 thousand). The consolidated net loss for the period amounted to \u20ac \u20114,582 thousand (H1 2024: \u20ac \u20114,787 thousand). The available liquidity as at 30 June 2025 was \u20ac 2,878 thousand (31 December 2024: \u20ac 11,740 thousand).<\/p>\n<p>After the balance sheet date, in July 2025 a&nbsp;<strong>Capital increase<\/strong> 5.6 million was raised through the placement of new shares. <strong>Equity capital<\/strong> was acquired.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pascal Klein<\/strong>CEO of Pyrum Innovations AG: \u201cUnfortunately, we are not yet where we want to be in terms of the throughput of the new grinding and pelletising plant, but we are working closely with the manufacturer to find a&nbsp;solution. Ideally, the necessary adjustments should take place in December 2025, but no later than the first quarter of 2026. In the meantime, a&nbsp;stable process for a&nbsp;production of 600\u2013800 kg\/\u200bh at 12\u201314 hours per day should lead to significant increases in sales in the fourth quarter. For the remainder of 2025, our main focus will be on the start of construction in Perl-\u200bBesch and the successful completion of the commissioning of the new grinding and pelletising plant. In doing so, we want to lay the foundation for a&nbsp;significant <strong>Capacity expansion<\/strong> and increasing sales.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>Current developments in the expansion of the Dillingen site and the construction of the new plant in Perl-Besch<\/h2>\n<p>For a&nbsp;substantial increase in sales, the grinding and pelletising of the material produced in the new reactors is essential.<strong> recovered Carbon Black (rCB)<\/strong> required. The combined commissioning of both systems began on schedule in July 2025, and a&nbsp;throughput of 800 kg\/\u200bh has since been achieved for a&nbsp;short time, meeting the customer\u2019s quality standards. The first samples have already been delivered to tyre manufacturers. <strong>Swallow<\/strong> The first small quantities were purchased. The <strong>Grinding process<\/strong> achieves the target volume of 1,650 kg\/\u200bh. However, it has not yet been possible to achieve this target throughput in the pelletising process. The problem lies in the area of material conveying between the two systems and the manufacturer is working on a&nbsp;suitable solution.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the first new production line was opened at the Dillingen site. <strong>Maintenance<\/strong> of the two new production lines TAD 2&nbsp;and 3&nbsp;successfully completed and the <strong>Cleaning cycles<\/strong> The plant\u2019s operating time has been extended from four to eight weeks \u2013 without compromising on quality.<\/p>\n<p>The site of the new plant in Perl-\u200bBesch can now be officially connected to the transport network and the concrete planning of the construction work can begin. Overall, planning is already well advanced \u2013 the initial preparatory ground work has been successfully completed, long leads have been ordered and architects have been commissioned. The symbolic <strong>Ground-\u200bbreaking ceremony<\/strong> is planned for this&nbsp;year.<\/p>\n<h2>Revenue and earnings forecast for the full year 2025 confirmed<\/h2>\n<p>For 2025 as a&nbsp;whole, the management continues to expect an increase in the <strong>Group sales<\/strong> from the operation of the plant and the sales from the <strong>Consulting contracts<\/strong> with customers. Overall, sales of between \u20ac 4.5 million and \u20ac 6.0 million are still forecast. Based on the current status of work and planning in the project business, the company currently expects the Group\u2019s total operating performance for the 2025 financial year to be in the range of \u20ac 10 million to \u20ac 15 million, compared to the previous forecast of \u20ac 20 million to \u20ac 25 million. The extensive project work originally planned for the second half of 2025 <strong>Investments<\/strong> in plant components will shift to the first half of 2026.
