Since 2008, Pyrum Innovations AG has been developing and operating technologies for recovering raw materials from end-of-life tires. Using patented thermolysis technology, end-of-life tires are thermally decomposed in the absence of oxygen. This process yields products such as ThermoTireOil® and ThermoTireBlack®, which are used by industrial partners as secondary raw materials in various applications.
This enables the industrial reuse of components from end-of-life tires. ThermoTireOil® is REACH-registered; both ThermoTireOil® and ThermoTireBlack® are ISCC PLUS certified.
