Pyrum Innovations AG adheres to the principle of working together with customers, business partners and employees in a spirit of trust. Corruption or other legal offences are not tolerated. Should you learn in your daily work that these principles are being violated by our company, please report these offences to us immediately. Our aim is to maintain legal compliance and to take immediate remedial action in the event of violations.

Your contact options

Pyrum Innovations AG complies with the requirements of the Whistleblower Protection Act and the EU-​wide standard for the protection of whistleblowers in accordance with the EU Whistleblower Directive (EU-​2019/​1937). In order to implement these requirements, we have set up a whistleblower system with the option of reporting legal violations confidentially.
Mr Oliver Pikolleck, lawyer, is available as an external whistleblower/​ombudsperson. The ombudsperson can be reached via the following contact options:

Our employees, as well as all other persons who have contact with Pyrum Innovations AG, can use these confidential reporting channels to report legal violations. Reports can be submitted there, stating your contact details; anonymous reporting (e.g. by post) is also possible. All reports will be treated confidentially. The ombudsperson guarantees that your report will be treated anonymously, unless you have expressly consented to the disclosure of your name in advance. If you have provided your contact details, Mr Pikolleck will send you an acknowledgement of receipt within 7 days of your report and will inform you of the results of the investigation into your report within 3 months at the latest.
