To determine the thermolytic recycling of various input materials with the Pyrum technology for environmentally friendly and sustainable recycling, we offer Test runs in various scales – including material shredding, product preparation and comprehensive product analysis.
For shredding plastics, rubber articles and other materials, we use a Cutting mill Type C13 20 from Wanner Technik. This can be used to convert raw materials into various Grain sizes up to less than 5 mm are processed. This process is mainly used to prepare materials for thermolysis tests.
For thermal treatment, we have various in-house developed Pyrolysis laboratory systems which simulate the process of the large-scale plant on a small scale. Various Process parameters can be varied according to the input material. In addition to individual tests to assess the general suitability, comprehensive test series are also required for Optimisation of process parameters and thermolysis products
To determine optimal utilisation paths for thermolysis oils, in addition to crude oil we can also use various Oil fractions view. For the preparation, we use a customised and automated Distillation plant which enables fractionation under atmospheric pressure down to vacuum.
The solids produced after thermolysis can rarely be returned directly to the material cycle in their raw form as a sustainable product. With our Counter jet mill However, depending on the application, we are able to precisely adjust the raw product to the ideal Particle size of up to 3 µm to grind.
