Dillingen /Saar, 28 November 2025 – Pyrum Innovations AG (“Pyrum”, the “company”, ISIN: DE000A2G8ZX8) invites interested investors, analysts, private shareholders, and members of the press to attend the Management Board’s online presentation on the current capital increase with subscription rights.

Pascal Klein, CEO of Pyrum Innovations AG: “The current capital increase with subscription rights is extremely important for us, as we currently have a number of very attractive opportunities that we want to take advantage of. For example, the project in Greece has accelerated enormously thanks to the funding from the European Innovation Fund, which is why we now have the opportunity to secure a 10% stake in the project’s equity, which is already fully financed, for EUR 3 million. At the same time, by replacing reactor 1 at our main plant in Dillingen, we could significantly increase our sales within a few months and thus become profitable more quickly. In addition, there are other attractive options that we would like to inform our shareholders about.“

For this purpose, two webcasts will be offered Tuesday, 2 December 2025:The first will take place at 11:00 a.m. in German , the second at 14:00 (CET) in English.

In the webcast, CEO Pascal Klein and CFO Kai Winkelmann will provide deeper insight into the reasons behind the current capital increase. There will also be a question and answer session afterwards.

About Pyrum Innovations AG

Pyrum Innovations AG has revolutionised the recycling market for used tyres. Since 2008, the company has been developing an innovative thermolysis technology that makes it possible to recycle used tyres and plastics with virtually zero emissions. The process enables the recovery of high-quality products such as thermolysis oil and rCB (recovered carbon black), which are used by renowned partners such as BASF, Continental and Schwalbe to manufacture new products. In this way, the company closes the material cycle and pursues a 100 % sustainable business model. The first purpose-built plant at the headquarters in Dillingen/Saar has been in continuous operation since 2020, and two further plants were added as part of the site expansion in 2024. Thanks to prestigious certificates such as REACH and ISCC Plus, the products are recognised as high-quality, sustainable and renewable.
