Pyrum Innovations AG publishes figures for the first three months of 2025: Significant increase in sales compared to the previous year

Dillingen /​Saar, 27 June 2025 – Pyrum Innovations AG (“Pyrum”, the “Company”, ISIN: DE000A2G8ZX8) today announced its Group interim report published for the period from 1 January to 31 March 2025. Revenue in the first three months totalled € 509 thousand and was therefore around € 51 thousand higher than in the same period of the previous year (3M 2024: € 336 thousand). Own work capitalised amounted to € 1TP3k as construction of the plant expansion in Dillingen to € 2,676 thousand (3M 2024: € 1,615 thousand). Total operating performance therefore increased by around € 55 1TP3k to € 3,365k (3M 2024: € 2,177k).

At € 2,029 thousand, other operating income was significantly higher than in the same period of the previous year (3M 2024: € 148 thousand). The reason for this is the recognition of public sector Investment grants 1,799 thousand in connection with the completion of the new lines. TAD 2 and 3 at the Dillingen site and other partial plants in this quarter. A further production volume of € 1,420 thousand, which has not yet been recognised as income, is attributable to the as yet unfinished partial plants of the Dillingen plant expansion. As a result, the EBITDA positive for the first time at € 23 thousand (3M 2024: € ‑1,927 thousand), while EBIT totalled € ‑533 thousand (3M 2024: € ‑2,455 thousand). Adjusted for this non-​recurring income, adjusted EBITDA amounted to € ‑1,776 thousand (3M 2024: € ‑1,927 thousand) and adjusted EBIT to € ‑2,332 thousand (3M 2024: € ‑2,455 thousand). The consolidated net loss for the period totalled € ‑877 thousand (3M 2024: € ‑2,684 thousand). The available liquidity as at 31 March 2025 was € 7,084 thousand (31 December 2024: € 11,740 thousand).

On 25 June 2025, Pyrum received approval for the early start of construction for its new own plant in Perl-​Besch and is currently planning to start commissioning in the first quarter of 2027 if construction progresses according to plan. In terms of ongoing customer projects, the planned plant in the Czech Republic with the SUAS Group is currently the furthest along. At the beginning of March 2025, the SUAS Group the final Investment decision (FID) and Pyrum expects a positive response from the responsible authority regarding the planning application in late summer 2025.

For the Full year 2025 Management continues to assume that the Turnover of the Group and the AG of between € 4.5 million and € 6.0 million and a total operating performance in the range of € 20 million to € 25 million. In view of the high Investment activity and the planned further expansion of the workforce in 2025, earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) are expected to be in the range of € ‑8.5 million to € ‑10.5 million for the Group and in the range of € ‑8.0 million to € ‑10.0 million for Pyrum Innovations AG.
