With our globally unique, patented pyrolysis technology, we extract secondary raw materials from used tyres, such as our ISCC PLUS-​certified products thermolysis oil and rCB, which we feed back into the material cycle. Our focus is on action – we turn our visions into reality!

Your expertise is in demand

• Completed industrial vocational training with relevant work experience
• Further training in the relevant field or technician /​master craftsman title (or similar)
• Responsible waste management company
• Production-​orientated, cost- and quality-​conscious thinking and trading
• High degree of independent work as well as willingness to learn and corresponding leadership skills
• Methods for process improvement, environmental management, occupational health and safety
• Interdisciplinary communication skills complemented by teamwork and enthusiasm
• Dealing with common IT solutions, possibly extended to include production systems
• Good knowledge of English

Your tasks in the Pyrum team

• Planning, controlling, monitoring and ensuring on-​time production
• Development, identification and implementation of solutions to eliminate stress conflicts
• Ensuring the flow of information within production
• Projects to optimise production (organisation of tools, operating resources, etc.)
• Empowerment of employees: Assigning tasks and ensuring implementation
• Creating work instructions and documentation
• Reports
• Analysing key figures
• Monitoring and implementation of training, education, examination and familiarisation plans
• Conducting job interviews
• Other tasks, projects, etc. as instructed by the supervisor
• Handling administrative tasks in the production area (e.g. time corrections, work clothes, etc.)
